At age 68, I found a long lost Hobby. Always in my heart but never explored, I bought a Nikon d-40 with 50mm lens. Cost about $80 for both. Finding also hiking in a similar way, the two put me in touch with the birds, my current passion. To pursue with vigor meant hours at practice and much better equipment. However, a recent heart surgery has changed my focus to dogs, even cats for the practicality. A whole new craft, I still long for the birds. At 73 I am still learning.
